This is my newest purchase, My journal.  Or as I prefer to call it my Book of Magic.  Because what ever I write in it, magic happens and things begin to occur in my life.

In this special book I write my dreams, my goals – plans of how I want my life to be.

This is all about feeding my soul, the dreamer within me.

All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible.
T. E. Lawrence

Dream and give yourself permission to envision a You that you choose to be.

One of the four pillars of the Shin Dao is opening your heart – so I ask of you…  No I beg of you dream and dream big…  Follow your heart..

Ego vs Purpose

Hmmm… why do I so often resist writing?  It makes no sense. When I write, I feel alive.  Life feels easy and flowing. Synchronicities happen like crazy (which, as I said in my article in the Feb/March issue of Synchronicity Magazine, is a clear indication that I am in alignment with my purpose).  Yet all too often, I let days and even weeks go by without sitting down to write whatever wants to pour forth from me.

Is it my ego’s attempt to stay in control?  If I’m kept busy doing ‘things’ by that nagging voice that tells me what I ‘should’ do, then I am less connected with Divine source.  And writing is certainly that connection for me.  I never create an outline or ‘plan’ what I will write.  I just start writing and stuff pours out. Oh, sure I go back and edit and reword, but the main message always seems to come from a source greater than me.

So, by keeping me too busy to write, ego gets to be in charge, rather than taking a back seat to Divine guidance.

What does your ego stop you from doing that would keep you connected to Divine Source?  What is it that you love to do, and find easy to do, yet rarely gift yourself with the time to do?

When you’ve got that figured out, you’ll have a uncovered a clue about your destiny.

I’m Writing A Book

I have been experiencing a series of reoccurring dreams for the last six months.  The dreams are usually quite vivid and detailed and I have recieved some huge life lessons wrapped up in my dreams.

Early last week as I was explaining my most recent dream to Tina, it suddenly hit me.  It was like, Neil, why don’t you write book on your dreams?  You could write them out as a story.   Then right after my though on writing a book, there was like this light switch in my inner core that went “trip” and it felt so right.  This inner knowong of YES, Neil you are to write this book.  So I knew I was to write this book.

So I am writing a book, I have written before.  I have an ebook called Workshop Widows and I have written many fiction stories before.   But this new book of mine has required me to do research.  Research on geography, history, how to fly a plane and much, much more.  It has been a wonderful start to a whole new experience for me.

I look forward to sharing more of my adventure with you in the future.
