Well, I can hardly believe I left out the most obvious decluttering points in this morning’s video: 1. go through your closet and give away clothes that no longer fit your body or your style; if it doesn’t make you look great or feel truly comfortable – give it away! 2. Gift to others (or to thrift stores) items in your home or office that neither serve a purpose or beautify your space. Hanging onto something because “Aunt Gertrude gave it to me, and what would she say if she came over and it isn’t out?” is NOT a great reason to hang onto that item. Tell Aunt Gertrude how marvelous it is that she is sending a ripple into the world – she gave you an item to enjoy for awhile and now it is serving someone else…
