Saturday was our 7th annual peace walk. We pick the date in December. A coincidence that the folks marching around the world to advocate a new world without guns picked the same afternoon we did? Huge thank you to all those who came out to support our walk and our vision for a peaceful world that begins with peace within each of us as individuals.
I will plan to join you next year Tina 🙂 I think the distinction you are making here between marching for or against something is very important since whatever we focus on increases. Typically, marches against things are fueled by a lot of adrenaline which does get things going, but in the end, peace has to come from a different level and must begin within each of us.
