It’s a sign of strength, not weakness, to ask for help. #ShinDao – the Way of the Heart reminds me to have compassion for myself, as much as for others… Today I can use your help!

  1. Good morning Tina! I have had many days like the one you are describing 🙁 What works best for me is to get away from the things I think I should be doing and get a different perspective. Go for a walk, go for coffee, go to the gym (in your case 🙂 ) and then, with that altered perspective, to have a look at my “shoulds” which always seem to be the things pulling me down. Am I doing something because I think I should, or because it is true for me in that moment? Big hug to you!

    1. Great advice! It was funny. After my fb live, I hopped on my bike to go to the gym, but riding felt so good that I kept going past the gym and ended up at my chiropractor’s office. A little tune up and then the ride home… I’ve put another 15+ items into my give-away box!! THanks for the hug, Susan Letourneau

  2. With Lots of Love I want to say that rather than looking for a mood shifter, fully embrace with love, the part of you showing up today. Take some time off to fully be with whatever you call what showed up that made you feel not yourself. We all have these stored parts inside us and they come into our awareness as emotion to shift it into e-motion so the energy can be unlocked to serve you in other ways. Accept it, don’t shy away from whatever shows up. Love you.

    1. You ARE a wise woman… that thought occurred to me. I know how smart this would be. Sometimes we need our friends to remind us. All I could think about this morning is the overwhelming list of things I have to do… I gave myself some time to lay on the ground and get centered at least. I’m plugging away at some of my ‘to do’ list now and looking forward to our 4 days of camping. 🙂 I love you, too, Cori Ellingson!
