Perfect post to hit today Tina. I just spent 4 days downsizing, while on holidays. Two truck loads of recycle cardboard, paper, plastics. 7 boxes to thrift store. Will do this challenge in August! Good way to do it. I have another room and two sheds to address. Getting to old to keep dealing with it.

I wonder if a box of clothes and face clothes and towels counts as one…..or a bunch ! lol The starfish Foundation were the recipients of some suitcases, a box of clothes, a big bag of bottles, a double bed ( 4 pieces..lol..) things have been put away neatly, shelves of course have been stocked with the things that family must yet address and divide….shredding has filled two bags and have been sent for recycling….vacuuming and washing have occured, pictures ( 2 ) have been hung for display and sharing. There is much to do yet, and the pile for a garage sale that will bless the people of the Dominican Republic is mounting !!! The basement is looking fantastic, there is progress and it is great ! Thanks for the impetus !

We just had a bigger deeper pile of “stuff” to start with ! You are already light years ahead ! LOL
Boxes of books have been gone through…..keep or donate are the only two questions asked….and surprise ! The boxes get divided, tears are shed as precious memories are rekindled……pictures and thoughts seem to permeate and bless as we go through this process….love for and appreciation of family has increased. Cool.
Each book counts as one, or is it the box…………lol
