  1. Good morning Elaine Maddex Jody Gail Kulak Roxanne Smith… Thanks for being with me this morning… My sleepless night left me a little babbling and unfocused… Your sunny greetings cheered me!

  2. Self care so important – listening to your body. Powerful. Self healing – positive affirmations and natural remedies. Cranberry juice. Vitamin C. And know that medical solutions are there as a consideration.

  3. I am so sorry for your pain….I have been there and it truly is uncomfortable. Sending you love and healing energy…. xoxoxo Yes, such a struggle…..I know you can heal yourself but, just in case, maybe get checked out, as well.

    1. Good question. I chose to do both… Trust my healing (the bleeding stopped) and be grateful and bless the anti-bio tics I’ m about to take, too… Just to be sure. After all, I have to be in top shape for The Sacred Journey.

  4. Hi, Tina. Yes, I do often feel conflicted in just the same way about medications. Although I get that working out conflict can apply to deeper ideas and there is a great discussion there as we all strive to operate from a position of Love. Everything in moderation seems to work for me. 🙂 Hope you’re feeling better soon.

  5. I’m on nine meds I have that talk with myself every day. I don’t know the answer I hear it all things work together. We are spiritual and flesh, denial of one denies the other, I don’t know. 🤪

    1. Yes, Loretta Brunes in the end, I have come to the conclusion that we have to believe in our own power to heal, and sometimes rely on tools to help us with that healing.
