Experience freedom of expression through Intuitive Painting for Non-Artists!
A no-pressure way to paint for those with or without any artistic talent or experience! Your facilitator, Tina Thrussell, begins this session with a guided meditation to get your creative juices flowing, then you get to play with expressing yourself on paper with paint while instrumental music plays to inspire you. We complete the session with a uniquely insightful sharing experience. A lot of fun, with often delightfully surprising results!
